"Up High?"

Yesterday, Jaden and Mommy were reading a book about Trucks and Diggers.
While going through the book I was pointing different ones out and quizzing him on which was which.
I was excited when he got them right so I held out my hand and said,"yeah! Good job, give me five".
Jaden proceeded to slap five down and then said, "Up high?".
